He was predeceased by: his wife Nell Smith; his siblings, Doris Bradley (Lawrence), Mary Lou Lankford (Charles) and Brent Smith; his grandson Landon McCullough; and his brother-in-law Billy Steele.
He is survived by: his close friends, Dalton Bradley and Elaine Ray; his children, Vickie Hill (Phil), Greg Smith (Nita) and Barry Smith (Melanie); his grandchildren, Danielle Willson (Destry), Dustin Ferguson and Chris Lovvorn; his great grandchildren, Addilyn and Chloe McCullough; his sister-in-law Carolyn Smith; and his caregivers, Tina, Debbie, Tiffany and Gerald. He is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins.
