He is survived by: his children, Mike Ivey (Vickie), Teresa Rutledge, Kathy Musselman (Tim) and Mark Ivey; his grandchildren, Traci Spratt, Blake Ivey (LeighAnne), Casey Roof (Aaron), Haley Rutledge and Emily Musselman; his great grandchildren, Olivia Black (Tim), Genevieve Spratt, Brodie Ivey, AnnaBella Ivey, Rowan Roof and Hudson Roof; his siblings, Billy Ivey (Lyndol), Jimmy Ivey, Kenny Ivey (June), Helen Marie Barksdale and Jackie Sue Davis; and his sister-in-law Elizabeth Ivey. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
