He is survived by: his wife Mary Durham; his daughter Carol Kerby Sandra Gilbreath (Steve Nina Graham); his stepchildren, Marsha Shrader (Michael Judy Gass), Paula Edwards and Micah Gass (Amy); his grandchildren, Christopher Kerby, Amanda McDonald, Cory Kerby, Matthew Gilbreath, Stephen Graham and Colton Graham; and his stepgrandchildren, John Shrader, Megan Coots, Shawn Gass, Jason Gass, Alicia Mclain, Jack and Justin Gilbreath.
