He is survived by: his wife Ann Hawkins; his sons, Neil Hawkins (Lisa), Kenneth Hawkins and Bruce Hawkins (Elizabeth); his grandchildren, Adam Dean, Dallen Hawkins, Jade Hawkins, Jessica Hawkins and Isaac Hawkins; his great grandchildren, Bailey Dean and Alyssa Dean; his brothers, Benny Hawkins and Dole Hawkins; his grandson Chayton Hawkins; his parents, Fred Hawkins and Lizzi Hawkins; and his siblings, Alfred, Willie (Bill), Wesley, Mavel Hill, Artie Hawkins and Betty Hancock.
