He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Hambrick Hartline; his children, Beth Levine (Steve), Susan Hendricks (Scott), Chuck Hartline (Saxhico), Roger Hartline (Penny), Gary Hartline (Anne) and David Hartline (Nicole); his grandchildren, Matt Hartline, Tim Hartline (Sarah), Sarah Walsh, Merrill Grace Hartline, Parker Hartline, Ben Levine, Blaine Hendricks (Emily), Britt Hendricks (Katherine), Beth Anne Hendricks, Mary Kathryn Hendricks, Brayden Hendricks and Leo Hartline; and his great grandchildren, Peter, Lucas and Jacob Hartline.
