He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Watkins. He is survived by: his children, Rodger Watkins (Marilyn) of Marietta Ga, Jeff Watkins (Rhonda) of Henagar and Charlotte Austin (Barry) of Henagar; his brother Jimmy Watkins of Ider; and his grandchild Soon. He is also survived by 13 Great Grandchildren.
