He is survived by: his children, Regena Dooley (Tim), Bobbie Faye McElrath (Melvin), Shereela Underwood and Eddie Underwood Jr. Dewayne Underwood; his grandchildren, Cody Underwood, Brittany Underwood, Tiffany Underwood, Tyler Underwood, Jonathan Dooley, Crimson Haley Dooley Miller (Jake), Justin Henegar and Cortany Henegar; his great grandchildren, Jacob Dooley, Josilyn Dooley, Jaelynn Dooley, Leighton Miller, Addison Underwood, Jessia Swafford and Braden Swafford; and his brother Donnie Underwood (Myra). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
