He was predeceased by: his wife Bertie Eulene Huskey Fraley; his son Ricky Fraley; his parents, Lennie Floyd and Gencie Josephine Avans Fraley; and his brothers, Richard Fraley and DeArmon Fraley.
He is survived by: his children, Donald Fraley Jr. (Dorothy) and Donna Barrentine (Wesley); his daughter-in-law Brenda Fraley; his grandchildren, Jamie Fraley, Deanna Fraley, Zachary Day, Avery Fraley, Olivia Fraley, Alison Gilbert (Brett) and Adam Barrentine (Taylor); his great grandchildren, Drake Puckett, Bailey Hollaway, Makenah Fraley, Sawyer Fraley, Evan Gilbert, Ellasyn Gilbert, Ezra Gilbert, John Barrentine and Abigal Barrentine; his great great grandchild Keylan Puckett; and his sisters, Carolyn Matthews, Linda Turner and Iris Long. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
