He was predeceased by: his wife Marie Ivey; his parents, Eulas Ivey and Helen Ivey; and his grandson Colton Ray. He is survived by: his children, Pam Ellis (Andy), David Ivey (Karen), Rodney Ivey and Mike Ivey (Angi); his grandchildren, Allison Whitener (David), Zach Ellis (Erica), Richard Ivey (Kelsey), Ivey Holt (Dan), Stuart Ivey (Courtney), Sumner Ellis, Worth Ellis (Kaitlin), Kendall Durham (Matt), Jessica Ivey and Cheyenne Ivey; his sister Norma Green (Nate); and his siblings-in-law, Nina Hamrick (Max) and Fred Waylon Jones. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren; 14 nieces and nephews; and a host of extended family and friends.
