It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Jack Phillips of Henagar, Alabama, who passed away on March 15, 2021, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Howard Jerome Phillips; his stepfather Billy Joe Walker; his stepbrother Joey Walker; and his mother-in-law Wanda Releford. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Releford Phillips; his children, Michelle Phillips Dye (Steve Whritenour), Ehtan Phillips, Nathan Phillips and Clifton Gann; his grandchildren, Alaina, Harper, Wynter, Legend Whritenour, Ryder, Araya Dye, Carter, Camryn and Carson Gann; his mother Opal Gilbreath Phillips Walker; his sister Tammy Phillips Bradford; and his stepsiblings, Tammy Andrade, Sandy Teague (Jerry) and David Walker (Jenn). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
