He was predeceased by: his parents, William R. Foutch, Sr. and Martha Keith Foutch; and his siblings, Jo Doris Foutch Sewell (Forrest), Bettye Delano Foutch Benson (Rayford) and Wiley Elmo Foutch (Dot Foutch).
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Parvin Foutch; his children, Melanie Foutch Morrison (Jim), William Foutch III and Jason Neil Foutch (Paige); his grandchildren, Dr. Jay Morrison (Danielle), Zachary Morrison, Alexia Gleason (Colin), Taylor Foutch, Jessica Morales (Kyle), Aaden Foutch and Dylan Foutch; and his sister Dr. Billie Breedlove of Batesville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
