He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Bell; his parents, W. E. "Billie" Bell Jr. and Dorothy Jean Bell; and his brother Johnny Bell. He is survived by: his brother Lonnie Stone; his aunt Frankie Craft; and his sisters-in-law, Lesia Bell Traylor, Kathy Dunn, Patty Egerstaffer Leija Manhart, Sue Kinnard and Linda Tisdale. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and cousins.
