She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Harley Cater and Sillar Cater; her children, Brenda Gillen and Rickey Brumlow; her granddaughter Heather Deweese; her sister Florence Durham; her children, Gale Deweese (Steve), LeAnn Brumlow, Vicki Richardson, Bill Moreno Jr. and Michelle Myers; and her siblings, Charles Cater and Faye Winter.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Outreach Center at Plainview Church of Christ or to the American Heart Association.
