She was predeceased by: her parents, James Thomas Phillips and Ruby Nell Sparks Phillips. She is survived by: her siblings, James Thomas Phillips Jr., Sandy Lee Winkles, Elaine Carlisle and Bernice McMinn; her husband Rayford Keel; her daughters, Dawn Harper (James) and Theresa Honea (Ricky); her sisters, Linda Taylor (Larry), Shirley Howard, Phoebe Colwell (Aubrey) and Tammy Smith (Kevin); and her grandchildren, Kinslee Keel, Steven Honea, John Honea and Sabrina Honea. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
