He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Cook and Melba Cook; and his brother Clarence Darrow Cook, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Cook; his children, William Henry Cook, Jesse McKinley Cook, Karla Schultz (Steven), Donald Brett Cook, Jr. (Jan) and Lesle Groves; his grandchildren, Nora Schultz, Ruth Schultz, Stewart McGill, Jacob Groves, Shiloh Beech (Matt) and Josie Groves; and his brother John Cook (John Rushing).
In lieu of flowers the family asks donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
