She was predeceased by: her parents, Alton Clay and Lou Etta Payne Medley. She is survived by: her children, Regina Lynn Simmons (Bill) of Fayetteville, TN, Randy Lee Phillips of Toney, AL and Gary Ray Phillips (Virginia) of Hazel Green, AL; and her siblings, Vivian Couch of Douglasville, GA, Brenda Hobbs of Cullman, AL and Raymond Medley (Gail) of Hazel Green, AL.. She is also survived by six grandchildren; eight great grandchildren.
