She is survived by: her husband Charles Cater; her children, Penny Kennedy, Ellen King (Ronnie) and Charles Edward Cater; her grandchildren, Jason Lynch, Jeremy Lynch (Kim), Chuck King (Kelsey), Emily Cope (Matt), Matt Kennedy and Sarah Cox Jr. (Ricky); and her great grandchildren, Kylie, Jaxson Lynch, Matt, Ronnie Cope, Khol, Hinata King, Westin, Austin Cox and Sister Ruth Sanders. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; cousins and friends.
