It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Michael (Harvest, Alabama), who passed away on November 17, 2018, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Casey J. Ingram; his son Michael Thomas Ingram; his stepson Kenneth Spolowitz; his daughters, Bonnie-Marie Monaco and Theresa Lynn Bonilla; and his siblings, Steven Ingram, James Ingram, Daniel Ingram, David Ingram and Jean Doherty. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
