He is survived by: his wife Mona of Harvest, AL; his children, Jonna of Melbourne, FL and Corey (Julie) of Winston Salem, NC.; and his sisters, Jo Crawford of Burbank, CA and Barbara Cook (Stan) of Ocean Ridge, FL. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren.
