He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Meeks and Ida Mae Cross Meeks; and his siblings, Sue Cloud, Jean Maples and James Meeks.
He is survived by: his wife Faith Meeks; his children, Billy Jay Meeks (Erin) and Chelsey Barnes; and his siblings, Judy Wilson (Dan), John Meeks (Barbara) and Jackie Meeks. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family would like memorial donations to be made to Clearview Cancer Institute.
