He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Kyle Rackley and Beatrice Hazel Nethery Rackley; his siblings, Jerry Rackley, Nagatha Morgan and Peggy Jo Barham; and his grandson Curtis Noll.
He is survived by: his wife Alice Jeanette Rackley; and his children, John L. "Johnny" Rackley, Jr. (Debra), Eugene Coleman (Donna), Deborah Noll (Craig) and Anita Oden (Scott).
