He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh L. Boyett and Margie Hughes Boyett; his son Bruce Boyett; and his brother-in-law Willard Emerson. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Tidwell Boyett; his grandchildren, Austin Boyett (Hannah), Noah Boyett, Gracie Ezekiel (Mason) and Ella Boyett; his great grandchildren, Carter Boyett and Emerson Boyett; his daughter-in-law Heather Boyett; and his sisters, Marylon Emerson and Denna Hankins (Hank). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Marion County Funeral Home (3325 Bexar Ave E, Hamilton, AL 35570). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Marion County Funeral Home Chapel (3325 Bexar Ave E, Hamilton, AL 35570).
