He is survived by: his children, Allen Kelley and Donna Howard (Blanchard); his grandchildren, Amanda Kelley, Ashley Kelley and Laura Howard Moore (Caleb); his great grandchildren, William McCracken, Kaeely McCracken and Dustin Yarbrough; and his great great grandchild Luna McCracken.
