She was predeceased by: her husband Charles T. Duncan, Sr.; her daughter Sara Cornelius Duncan; her parents, Betsy Ann White and Walls White; and her siblings, Willie Mea Martin, Patsy Martin, Wesley White and James Harold White.

She is survived by: her brother George Samuel White "Bobo"; her children, Charles Duncan Jr. and Rachel Denise Duncan Saint; her grandchildren, Alison Cornelius Foster, Amber Cornelius Daniel and Savanah Duncan; and her great grandchildren, Kaleb Ethridge Daniel and Brooklyn Early.
