He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Alexander and Elizabeth McCormack Langford; his daughter Beth Chenoweth; and his siblings, C. A. "Rabbit" Langford, Virginia Langford Hunter and Ann Langford Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Joy Langford; his children, Scott Langford (Deanna), Christy Gum (Steven) and Kelly Pasiecki Reeves (Valerie); and his grandchildren, Cassie, Lauren, Dylan Chenoweth, Lela Reeves, Madeline, Michael O'Reilly, Colin, McCormack, Sophie Langford, Emily Brown Frazier (Stephen), Caroline, Calla and Grady Gum.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to sent to the Respite Care Program at the Guntersville First Methodist Church or The Home Place of Marshall County.
