He was predeceased by: his wife Virginia Deerman Redington; and his parents, C. H. Redington and Hattie Redington. He is survived by: his sons, Keith L. Redington, Jr., Mitchell Redington (Cindy) and Bruce Redington; his grandchildren, Chasity Jackson (BJ), Christian Fennell (Glenn) and Courtney Redington; his great grandchildren, Audrey Jackson, Mya Fennell and Asher Fennell; his sister Shirley Michaels; and his sister-in-law Frances Cowen.
