He was predeceased by: his parents, Sally Johnson and Robert Johnson; his brother Terry Johnson; and his granddaughter Kimberlee Harris. He is survived by: his wife Linda Jo Johnson; his children, Tony Johnson (Susan) and Gina Andrews (Charles); his grandchildren, Patrick Johnson (Amanda), Heather Torrez (Chance) and Georgialee Hanks (Ryan); his great grandchildren, Waylon, Clarence, Porter Johnson, Ender and Calliope Torrez; his cousin Rose Starkey; and his niece Sally Shipman (Kenny).
In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to the Wounded Warrior Project in Jerry's name.
