He was predeceased by: his father James Wesley Rush; and his sister Sharon Rush. He is survived by: his mother Jimmie Ruth Rush; his daughters, Lori Rush Saint (James), Amber Rush Kurbec (Joseph) and Shelly Freitas (Eduardo); his brother Phillip Rush (Michelle); and his grandchildren, Courtney, James, Zachary, Julia, Leanne, Autumn, Jasmine, Gabriella and Julliana.
