She was predeceased by: her sister Roselle Cornelius. She is survived by: her cousins, Louise Chandler and Sam Chandler. She is also survived by several other cousins and distant relatives.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests make a donation to any charity in memory of Hollis Jo Cornelius.
