It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Douglas Robert Stewart (Guntersville, Alabama), who passed away on July 26, 2021, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Stewart and Ruth Pendergast Stewart; and his sister Sharon McDonald. He is survived by: his wife Joann Stewart; his daughters, Jessica Day (Michael) and Christina Bracci (Tony); his sisters, Donna Norris, Audrey Grice, Donna Lewis and Debbie Werra; and his grandchildren, Kara Day and Caleb Bracci. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests making a donation in his name to the Christian Women's Job Corps, 5025 Spring Creek Dr, Guntersville, AL 35976.
