He is survived by: his wife Hilda Phillips; his children, Austin Phillips, Jr. and Elizabeth Wilson (James Wilson); and his stepchildren, William Stewart (Cynthia Tallman) and Sherry Baker (Tom Baker). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
