He is survived by: his wife Pamela; his children, Jennifer Rogers (Charles) of Memphis, Bruce Kirby of Guntersville, Jessica Leven (Christopher) and Jonathan Krichev (Alicia) of Huntsville; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Harvey (Evan) of Memphis, Chaz Rogers (Jordan) of Huntsville, Ayla Kirby of Memphis, Thomas Kirby of Huntsville, Julia of Huntsville, Audrey of Huntsville, Sophia of Huntsville, Charlotte Krichev of Huntsville, Max Leven of Huntsville and Jacob Leven of Huntsville; and his great grandchild Lula Mae Rogers of Huntsville.
In lieu of flowers, the family has suggested donations to Guntersville Ladies Civitan Club for the Every Child's Playground project.
