He was predeceased by: his parents, John Francis Chicola and Pearl Louise Chicola-Steagall (Blackburn); and his sister Karen Macy. He is survived by: his sisters, Kathy Jackson, Kay Kelso (Arthur), Karla Gibson (Charles) and Kristy Childers.
