She was predeceased by: her parents, Olen "Junior" Peppers and Rose Campbell Peppers. She is survived by: her husband Arnie Sparks; her son Richard Mitchell; her siblings, Patty McVey, Tina Hanna, Janice Milner, Gaynell Wright, Joyce Smith, Nancy Tribble, Michael Waldrop and Michael Peppers; and her close friends, Scott Morgan and Julie Beckmann.
