She was predeceased by: her husband Ray Chastain. She is survived by: her sons, Ronnie Chastain (Sherry) of Monroeville, AL, Wayne Chastain of Birmingham, AL and David Chastain (Marsha) of Grady, AL; and her sister-in-law Peggy Horton of Grove Hill, AL.. She is also survived by 7 Grandchildren and 14 Great Grandchildren.
