She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgle Ivan Whitley and Helon Abbott Olinger; her brother Curtis Whitley; and her former husbands, Jimmy Branham and Hugh Franklin.
She is survived by: her children, Pam Pinyan (Dale), Rex Branham (Feleicia) and Loil Branham (Susan); her sister Sandra Baker (Richard); her grandchildren, Noah Pinyan (Anna), Jordan, Bailey, Jaxson, Averie and Logan Branham; her great grandchild Adelyn Reno Colton McPoland; and her husband Cecil Franklin. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
