He is survived by: his daughters, Patricia Headrick and Carol Bennett; his sister Jane Reuter; his grandchildren, Heather Willoughby, Matthew Headrick, John Headrick and Chris Bennett; and his great grandchildren, James Headrick, Timothy Headrick, Callie Headrick, Madison Mitchell, Jakob Mitchell and Georgia Willoughby.
