She was predeceased by: her husband Finas A. Bouldin; her parents, Emerson Outlaw and Ina Outlaw; and her siblings, Jean Garrett, Sue Yancey, Amaryllis Fletcher, Aubrey Outlaw, Dale Outlaw, Willis Outlaw and Herskel Outlaw.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Neely (Ronny) and Harold A. Bouldin; her grandsons, Chance Gray and Will Gray; her siblings, Lucretia Gilbert, Sandra Skelton and Charles Wayne Outlaw; and her close friends, Whitney Strange, McKenna Ferrell and Mahlani Ferrell.
