He was predeceased by: his father Earl Butler. He is survived by: his mother Teresa Tatum; his stepfather Terry Stooksberry; his godparents, Lisa "Sissy" and Troy Rickard; his grandparents, Joyce, Tex Tatum and Ethel "Nanny" Winters; his stepbrother Ryan Stooksberry; his uncle Mark Tatum; and his aunt Angela Tatum.
