With profound sadness, we say goodbye to James L. Lovelace of Florence, Alabama, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lovelace and Exa Lovelace; and his siblings, Raymond, Donnie Lovelace, Peggy Killen Jones, Sara Lovelace, Virginia West and Elaine Cox.

He is survived by: his wife Lou Ann Carter Lovelace; his children, Dawn Ray (Barry), Jay Todd Lovelace (Christi) and Robin Brewer (Lee); his grandchildren, Amy Beth Ray Kelley (Gabe), Chalie Ray Gonzalez (Paul), Megan Lovelace Dye (Ches) and Callie Rose Brewer; and his brother Bobby Lovelace. He is also survived by his 10 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers the family would be honored for you to make a donation to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
