She was predeceased by: her father Jack McDaniel. She is survived by: her mother Judy McDaniel; her brother Jeffrey McDaniel (Shelley); her children, Ashley Caraway and Dakota Caraway (Amanda); her grandchildren, Maddie Caraway, Jack Caraway and Bentley Fuller; and her nephew Jay McDaniel (Susie).

In lieu of flowers, memorial can be made in Jan's name to.
