He was predeceased by: his father Billy Ray Parker; and his brother Thomas Wayne Parker. He is survived by: his spouse Kay Black Parker; his children, Kristi Voiles (Tim), Timothy Parker II (Natasha) and Brittany Cardin (Andrew); his grandchildren, Allyson, Cannon, Anniston, Lincoln, Callie, Benjamin and Audrey; his mother Sharon Parker; and his sisters, Melinda Taber (Carnice), Melissa Griggs (Chris) and Melita Whiting (Brian). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
