He is survived by: his wife Judith Walls Dobbins; his children, Leigh Anne Loggins (Timothy), Chris Dobbins (Debbie), Tammy Dobbins (Jack) and Kelly Dobbins (Sherry); his grandchildren, Zack Dobbins (Kendall), Beau Dobbins (Heather), Tye Dobbins, Devin Dobbins, Hannah Dobbins, Baileigh Loggins, Olivia Dobbins and Kaelan Loggins; his great grandchildren, Iris Dobbins and Emery Parker; and his siblings, Ruth Wade, Leavern Stephenson (Billy), Joyce Atchley (Bobby), Glenda Ginn, Delray Wright (James), Roy Dobbins (Diona) and Troy Dobbins (Nancy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
