Jack Smith Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 26, 2020, Jack Smith (Flat Rock, Alabama) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, S. L. Sr. Smith and Pauline Smith; and his siblings, Pearl, Mary Jo, Brenda, Harold, Ted, Donnie and James Franklin.
He is survived by: his wife Susie Smith; his children, Reamona Hubbard (Roger), Linda Cummins (Bill) and Charles Smith (Peggy); his grandchildren, Brandon Schrimsher (Kristy), Matthew Hubbard (Chris), Tyler Smith, Jacqueline Green (Ryan), Malorie Griffith (Andrew), Brent Cannon, Abigail Smith and Lilly Smith; his great grandchildren, Sam, Hank, Blake, Annie, Boden, Claire and Inda; his great great grandchild Baylor; and his siblings, S. L. Smith (Lisa) and Phyllis Swearingier (Dwight). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the Flat Rock Volunteer Fire and Rescue Dept.
