He is survived by: his wife Pam; his children, Thomas Allen, Jr. (Melonie), Todd Allen (Kim), Shelley Allen, Beth Puckett (Walter), Patrick Mitchell (Kasi) and Bryan Mitchell (Cara); his grandchildren, Carter Thomas Frederick Allen, Edward Hale Puckett, Finley Noel Smith, Kayman Taylor Mitchell, Mitchell Graham Puckett, Parker Allen Mitchell, Tyler Jacob Allen, Ava Hayden Mitchell and Stella Claire Mitchell; and his sister-in-law Sylvia Allen (Lindsey). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, family and friends.
