He was predeceased by: his son Charles Patrick Hayes. He is survived by: his wife Dotty Hayes; his children, Andy Hayes, Ann Jones (John) and Denise Hayes; his grandchildren, P. Hayes (Chandler) and Grace Jones; and his great grandchild Caspian Hayes. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
