Fuller of East Peoria, IL; and his siblings, Merritt K. of Bristol, RI, Barbara Meyer Elesh of Rockville, MD and Emily Meyer Naegeli of Potomac, MD. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
