"Jake" Clements IV, Josh Clements, Jack Grimsley, Cooper Grimsley, Bailey Clements, Brooke Clements, Tyler Clements and Caleb Clements; and his brothers, Julian Clements (Lynn), Emory Clements (Peggy) and Robert Clements (Ellen). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
