He was predeceased by: his father Jim. He is survived by: his wife Martha Boothe (Wyatt); his grandchildren, Sydney, Dallas, Bryce, Sadie and Cam; his brother Jim Boothe, Jr.; his wife Cindy Boothe; and also Vince Boothe (Lynn). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.
