Marlene (Schneider) Brownlee Obituary
Marlene S. Brownlee, a native of Kaukauna, WI and longtime resident of both Mobile and Fairhope, Al, passed away peacefully on February 02, 2023 at the age of 84.
Marlene is survived by her son Chuck Brownlee (Beverly); grandchildren Kristin Koger (Charles), Gray Crenshaw (Bri), Chris Phillips (Hilary); great-grandchildren Alexis Yorke (Keith), Karley Koger, Gracie Koger, Kaleb Phillips, Rylee Phillips, Lorelei Crenshaw, Remy Brownlee, Gage Brownlee, and Raiden Brownlee. In May 2022, Marlene was blessed to witness her posterity grow to five generations with the birth of her first great-great-granddaughter Presley Yorke. She was also survived by Starla Paul who was like a second daughter, and Steve Glenn (Louise) also like a second son.
Marlene was preceded in death by her parents and siblings; her husband William C. “Rat” Brownlee; daughter Susan Brownlee Sippy, and grandson Charles Jeremy Brownlee.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 06, 2023 from 10:00-11:00 AM at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 9700 Celeste Rd. Saraland, AL. Funeral services will begin at 11:00 AM in the chapel of Forest Lawn Funeral Home. Interment will immediately follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
